We’re about a month away from embarking on a kitchen / bath renovation in our 100-year-old triple-decker. I prepared these drawings last November for initial discussions with our contractor. Things have evolved a bit since then as we honed in on final design for custom millwork (working with Kerf Design in Seattle) and selection of appliances, fixtures, fittings, and finishes.
